- Minimum 2 years Bar Manager experience
- Robust knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
- Experience with ordering, stock control and supplier relationships
- The ability to lead a team and keep service running smoothly
- A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
