If you know tap beer, basic spirits and wine and take food orders , handle a high-volume venue with confidence, and take pride in effortless guest service, we want to hear from you.

What We Are Looking For

- Pub Industry Experience: A demonstrated history working in busy pubs, or bustling bistro settings.
- Exceptional Knowledge: Solid confidence pouring beer and wine, mixing classic drinks, and handling efficient floor service.
- Warm & Effortless Hospitality: A natural ability to connect with diverse crowds, banter with local regulars, and deliver attentive service under pressure.
- Reliability & Adaptability: A dependable work ethic with availability for consistent weekly shifts across days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

- Bar & Bistro: Deliver warm, and effective service for both food and drinks across the main bar and dining room,



keeping pace during peak rushes without dropping standards.
- POS & Transaction Management: Accurately process cash and EFTPOS payments, manage tab accounts, and enter food and beverage orders smoothly.
- Functions & Events: Support delivery of private functions, sports days, and group bookings as required.
- Proven Hospitality Experience: Demonstrated experience in a pub, bistro, or restaurant.
- A Passion for Hospitality: Someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people, remembers a familiar face, and brings positive energy to every shift.
- Reliability & Availability: Excellent punctuality and consistent weekly availability. Availability : Nights and weekends.
- Certifications: Valid Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is mandatory.
