What you'll be doing

- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
- Dialling in grinders and operating commercial coffee equipment
- Delivering warm, professional customer service with every interaction
- Maintaining clean, organised, and fully stocked coffee stations
- Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality
- Following food safety, hygiene, and venue standards

What we're looking for

- Previous barista experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality environments
- Confidence working with commercial coffee machines and grinders
- Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining consistency
- A genuine passion for coffee and customer service
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-first attitude
- Reliability and a willingness to jump into different environments
