Gimlet is a dynamic restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, with a sophisticated menu, three goblet wine list, and world-class signature drinks that reflect seasonality. It is a timeless and classic 1920’s-era dining room that evokes nostalgia and decadence, and commands a good time. About the role

Gimlet is seeking experienced bar staff who are hands on, have a strong work ethic, creative drive, and are eager to support the Bar Leadership team as we grow and develop our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous cocktail bartending experience in successful venues and will be seeking an opportunity to work collaboratively with others, support leadership, and be passionate about the service experience. Central to this position are passion for food and beverage, creativity, ability to embody a strong service culture of excellence, and genuine hospitality.
