? Sales Development Representative | SaaS / Channel Sales ? Sydney (Hybrid) | Full-Time

We're hiring for a fast-scaling SaaS company expanding their APAC presence and adding to one of the region's highest-performing outbound SDR teams.

THE ROLE

You'll generate and qualify pipeline across MSPs and internal IT teams — high-volume outbound via calls, email, and social, engaging senior decision-makers in IT, operations, and channel sales. Depending on experience, you'll sit in a high-velocity SMB motion or a more strategic mid-market patch. You'll be responsible for:

- High-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social) - Engaging and qualifying senior IT, ops, and channel stakeholders - Setting qualified meetings for the AE team - Working closely with peers to sharpen messaging and targeting

YOU'LL BRING

Must-haves:

- Experience in outbound prospecting or phone-heavy customer-facing roles
- Confident communicator with a track record of engaging clients or customers
- High energy, curiosity, and resilience
- Genuine appetite to learn SaaS and commercial sales frameworks

Nice-to-haves:
- Prior SDR or SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling into MSPs, IT, or technology channels
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM

COMPENSATION $82,857 OTE (70/30 split), with flexibility into the mid-$90Ks for experienced candidates.
