We're seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) at any level who's ready to make a meaningful difference in people's lives in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical assessments and develop tailored intervention BSP plans, FBAs and FCAs for clients, families, carers and clinicians.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including sensory and emotional regulation assessments across the lifespan.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists,
OTs and other BSPs to ensure quality outcomes for all clients.
- Stay up to date with BSP best practices to drive ongoing clinical excellence.
- Maintain NDIS compliance and produce high-quality, client-centred reports.
What You'll Need
- Relevant tertiary qualification in either Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Childhood Education & Care or a related field.
- Must have 1 year's experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner as a job title, not equivalent.
- BSP practitioner as per the NDIS Capability Framework, with evidence of endorsement and portfolio.
- Commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing career development.
- Some supervisory experience is preferred (not essential), interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- National Police Check, Working With Children Check / Working With Vulnerable People Check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Full working rights in Australia and sorry NO visa sponsorships are offered!
- Current Driver's Licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
