Aurora Allied Services is a NDIS registered behaviour support and psychology provider looking for skilled Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners/ Psychologists to join our team. Our vision is to support neurodivergent and disabled individuals to thrive in an authentic way.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct neuro-affirming and trauma informed assessments.
- Develop individualised strengths-based person-centred behaviour support plans.
- Ensure all practices comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
- Work closely and regularly with clients, teams and families.
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits to build robust therapeutic relationships.
- Produce NDIS required plans within NDIS timeframes and skilled in identifying Restrictive Practices.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach.
- You hold relevant undergraduate qualifications with a degree with strong research and report writing skills (e.g., Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Education etc).
- Essential- You hold a current driver’s license and have access to a roadworthy vehicle.




- Essential- You have current NDIS Worker Screening and a Working with Children Check.
- Essential- ABN + Professional indemnity and liability insurance (by commencement date).
- Essential- Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- Essential- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
