Join a respected and growing Sunshine Coast provider delivering high-quality NDIS behaviour support since 2018. This role offers a versatile working model with a mix of work-from-home, community-based visits, and office time, supporting meaningful outcomes for clients.
This is a full-time position (6-month probation). Part-time arrangements may be considered for suitable candidates. Applicants working towards NDIS BSP registration may commence part-time while completing requirements.

· Deliver behaviour support services to NDIS participants
· Work collaboratively with families, support teams, and stakeholders

Selection Criteria
We’re seeking applicants who demonstrate:
· Qualifications & Experience o Undergraduate degree in Psychology (minimum)
o Relevant work and/or lived experience aligned to behaviour support
· Capability & Professional Attributes o Strong applied knowledge with the ability to manage complexity o High emotional intelligence and emerging leadership capability o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Practical Requirements o Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office o Current unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable vehicle o Willingness to obtain (or hold):
§ National Police Check
§ Working With Children Check (Blue Card – QLD)
§ NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
