This is not an in-house writing role. It is client-facing consulting work.

To help our clients win, our Casual Bid Writers need:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in bid writing, technical writing or similar professional writing roles
- The ability to work from the Sydney CBD

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information without losing meaning

- Strong commercial judgement (understanding scope, value and what matters to the client)

- The ability to flex with workflow demands and manage competing deadlines
- A client-centred approach to service delivery

- Excellent time management and communication skills

- Confidence developing clear value propositions and positioning strategies

- Strong capability in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- An understanding of casual work and what to expect.
