Department: Pre-Contracts & Tenders About the Prospect We are partnering with a premier Tier 2 Integrated Facility Services specialist to secure an experienced Bid Writer for an immediate contract engagement starting 17 August 2026. Based onsite at their Collingwood office in inner Melbourne, this role will play a pivotal part in driving high-converting proposals, developing winning themes, and coordinating complex tenders specifically within the facility services, hard/soft services, and asset maintenance sectors. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Tender Writing & Proposal Development: Craft compelling, persuasive, and technically accurate content for major facility management and asset maintenance tenders, RFPs, and expression of interest (EOI) submissions.
Win Theme Formulation: Work alongside operational leadership to develop powerful win themes, value propositions, and customer-focused differentiators.
Tender Coordination: Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle under tight deadlines, ensuring compliance with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
Content Synthesis: Translate complex technical service delivery models (including hard facilities management, cleaning, security,
MEP maintenance, and asset lifecycle management) into clear, client-ready responses.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate input from subject matter experts, estimators, and operations teams to produce cohesive, polished bid documentation.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated bid professional with specialized expertise in writing winning facility management and asset maintenance proposals. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Essential: Proven track record writing and coordinating high-converting bids within the Facility Services, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), or Asset Maintenance sectors.
Essential: Demonstrated ability to manage complex tender deadlines under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Skills: Advanced written English communication, strong editorial skills, and proficiency with standard corporate software suites.
Availability: Ready to commence onsite in Collingwood on 17 August 2026 for a 3-month initial contract.
