Opportunity to join a large, well-established, national electro-technology company with a varied list of national major projects (commercial, defence, health, education, industrial). The company wishes to appoint a BIM Specialist to be part of a close-knit team working on a wide-ranging pipeline of national major projects - data centres, hospitals, universities, airports, commercial projects, and defence projects for example.

Role Responsibilities

The development of BIM models to produce 2D drawings and images that will be required for presentations and project submissions The development of BIM models to assist in the identification of clashes with other trades The capacity to establish and enhance relationships with key stakeholders on the projects

Skills and experience required

Appropriate tertiary qualifications combined with practical experience gained on large scale construction projects and proven track record in MEP (Mechanical /Electrical/Plumbing) ideally

BIM experience in one or more of the following disciplines: electrical, mechanical and/or plumbing





Excellent Revit (building and modelling families in Revit and other items)

Whilst BIM and Revit experience specifically in the electrical space is a preference, our client can also consider candidates from architectural backgrounds with commercial (not solely residential) projects experience, or Revit experience gained whilst working on Structural and/or mechanical design projects

This is a full time (38 hours) and permanent role with a flexible start (7am and 8.30am) and finish time (3.30am - 5pm) MON to FRI.
