About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced BMS Controls Technician to join a specialist Building Management Systems team based in Bayswater.
This is a predominantly office-based role supporting commercial HVAC projects across Perth, with occasional site visits for commissioning, troubleshooting and technical support. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings, collaborating with some of the industry's leading Building Management Systems and automation technologies.

The Role
Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm , you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of Building Management System projects from programming and commissioning through to fault finding and ongoing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, commission and support Building Management Systems
- Diagnose and resolve BMS, controls and HVAC-related faults
- Configure and modify control strategies
- Provide technical support to site teams and clients
- Assist with commissioning of commercial HVAC systems
- Produce technical documentation and commissioning reports
- Work alongside project engineers and field technicians
- Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety
About You
- Previous experience as a BMS Controls Technician is essential
- Electrical or HVAC trade qualification
- Strong understanding of Building Management Systems
- Experience commissioning and fault finding control systems
- Commercial HVAC experience
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
