About the Role An chance exists for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing Building Automation contractor delivering major commercial, healthcare and infrastructure projects throughout Victoria.
This role will see you managing projects from planning through to commissioning, taking ownership of budgets, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships and successful project delivery.

Duties
- Manage Building Automation and Mechanical Services projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and project performance
- Manage procurement and scheduling
- Oversee commissioning and project handover
- Maintain strong relationships with clients,
consultants and contractors
- Mentor and support project engineering teams
Skills & Experience
- Project Management experience within Building Automation, HVAC or Mechanical Services
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC and BMS systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience managing project budgets and programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Trade or Engineering qualification highly regarded
