We are looking for an experienced person in Blue Yonder Application Engineer.

:

Location: Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support for Blue Yonder TMS application.
- Resolve production incidents, transportation rating issues, tariff-related issues, and other operational problems.
- Configure and maintain tariffs, rating structures, transportation planning rules, and master data.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex functional issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Support production and non-production deployments, configuration releases, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth application operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities.
- Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles, and RCA reports.

Mandatory Skills:





- 4–5 years of experience in Blue Yonder TMS functional support.
- Strong understanding of transportation planning, carrier rating, tariffs, and logistics business processes.
- Experience resolving production incidents and service requests.
- Experience configuring rating structures, planning rules, and master data.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting production and non-production deployments.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with BY Optimizer and Job Servers.
- Exposure to Fleet Dispatcher.
- Exposure to BY Network capabilities.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a support environment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with strong ownership mindset.
