Air Diffusion Australia is seeking a sales-focused Branch Manager to lead our Glendenning team. You will drive branch growth, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the site.

Responsibilities

- Drive branch sales growth, profitability and market share across the Northwest region
- Build, strengthen and expand relationships with existing trade customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales and margin targets
- Manage trade sales, warehouse operations, inventory and purchasing to ensure high levels of customer service
- Implement company pricing,



promotional and customer account strategies
- Deliver branch KPIs, including sales growth, gross margin, stock control and operational performance
- Lead regular team meetings to communicate priorities, drive accountability and celebrate sales success
- Coach and develop the team to build a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture
- Drive a high-performance team culture through training, coaching and development.
- Work collaboratively with the existing branch network and management team to implement best practices and improve business performance

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience in managing a trade sales location or B2B sales operation.
- Previous HVAC experience a bonus but not essential
- Skills in customer development.
- Ability to build and develop a team.
- Strong time management skills.
- A current driver's license.
