About the Role As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices. Location & Hours This permanent, part-time position is based in our HCF Marion branch.

Our ideal spread of hours is three days a week, working Monday to Wednesday, however we can be flexible depending on the successful candidate! Hours of work are 8:45 am to 5pm. You will also be required to work one to two Saturdays per month from with additional pay provided for these shifts.

Flexibility

We offer one Family & Friends Day and three additional versatile leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Training

Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney on 7 September, with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role. You will also be provided with consistent, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed and build confidence. You will also be required to work full time for approximately four weeks during the initial training period.

Salary Salaries start at $66K (pro rata) plus super plus incentive!

Key Responsibilities - Embrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life, and other insurance products.



This may also include opportunities to broaden your business development skills outside of the HCF branch and in your local community.

- Ensure resolutions to our members’ problems that go beyond expectations.
- Maintain the accuracy of our membership information in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

You - Possess a keen drive to make a difference in members' lives, with experience in needs-based selling

- Proven background in customer service environments, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
- Quick to grasp complex computer systems.
