The Opportunity
You’ll be working onsite within a beautiful, high-end apartment building, supported by an experienced property management and administration team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, leasing success, and being part of a professional community-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment inspections and convert enquiries into leases
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents
- Support leasing campaigns and occupancy targets
- Manage leasing enquiries across phone, email, and walk-ins
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience from first enquiry to move-in
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate, property, leasing, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- CurrentAgent’s Representative Certificate
- Minimum 4 years real estate experience
