The Role

Our client is seeking a full-time Level 2 or Level 3 Building Certifier to join their growing team. This role offers a combination of office-based certification work and regular site inspections, providing the prospect to work on a diverse range of residential and pool approval projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. You will collaborate with experienced certifiers, administrative staff, building designers, architects, and construction professionals while managing projects from assessment through to approval.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and inspect Class 1 and Class 10 building work, primarily across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
- Coordinate documentation alongside experienced certifiers' assistants and the administration team.




- Collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate residential building and pool approvals.
- Apply strong technical knowledge and attention to detail to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have

- Queensland Level 2 or Level 3 Building Certifier accreditation with QBCC endorsement.
- Previous building certification experience within Queensland.
- A positive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
- A current driver's licence and White Card.
- Strong computer skills, with experience using BCS and Microsoft Office being advantageous.
