About this role
As a Business Banking Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for business customers seeking support with their accounts and banking enquiries. You'll manage a high volume of inbound calls, helping customers resolve issues, navigate banking products, and find the right solutions for their needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
Managing inbound calls from business banking customers
Assisting with enquiries relating to internet banking, payments, transactions, loans, cards, and term deposits
Investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely and skilled manner
Navigating multiple systems while maintaining customer confidentiality
Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships
What you'll bring
Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, retail banking, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume phone-based role
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers
