The Role:

As a Business Development Associate, you'll work closely with the national distribution team and play a key role in helping advisers access resources, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring the team operates efficiently.

This is a highly varied position combining relationship management, event coordination, client engagement, administration and business development support.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with financial advisers
- Coordinate adviser meetings and manage team diaries
- Prepare presentations, briefing packs and client communications
- Assist with platform reporting and data analysis
- Support Business Development Managers with key account activities

This opportunity would suit someone early in their career who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to establish themselves within financial services.

Ideal Skills & Experience





- 2 years' experience in an office, client service or administration role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence speaking with clients and stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- RG146 is ideal
