Inline Innovations is an Australian-owned contract manufacturer specialising in innovative, high-quality manufacturing solutions, catering to Australian and International brands in healthcare, beauty, and veterinary sectors.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help us take our business into its next growth phase and someone who loves being out in the market, building relationships, finding opportunities and turning conversations into customers.

About the role:

As an experienced Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of Inline Innovations, responsible for building brand awareness, identifying new opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers.

You’ll have the chance to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy for the liquids category, working closely with our internal teams to bring new customers on board and deliver a great experience from the first conversation through to production.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on face-to-face business development, networking, prospecting and relationship building. You’ll be expected to get out into the market, understand what our customers need and position Inline Innovations as their manufacturing partner of choice.

About you:





You are someone who is commercially hungry, relationship-focused and genuinely enjoys winning new business.

You’ll ideally bring

- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management, preferably within a B2B, manufacturing, industrial or technical environment.
- A strong track record of winning new customers and achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
- Experience growing existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and opportunities.

Experience within liquids manufacturing, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG or contract manufacturing would be highly regarded.
