We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our high performing NSW Team. We welcome applications from aspiring BDM's or those currently working in a sales role seeking ongoing learning and growth in the finance sector.

NOW Finance is an Australian-owned non-bank lender, specialising in fee-free personal loans and low-fee auto loans, offering a value-for-money finance solution.

This role will be based in Sydney with the opportunity to build on your current experience, meeting our brokers and aggregator groups face to face. You will collaborate closely with the extended BDM team across Australia and be responsible for managing all third-party relationships within your dedicated territory, including:

- Proactively managing a portfolio of brokers across multiple third-party aggregation platforms to achieve sales targets and promotion of products

- Source new business through building relationships and accrediting recent introducers to achieve set targets

- Conduct structured sales calls and visits with defined objectives

- Train new intermediaries to ensure strong knowledge of NOW Finance systems/products

- Discuss loan scenarios and structure with Brokers to increase application volume and quality

- Develop, manage and leverage relationships with third-party aggregator staff (regional managers, BDMs etc) and generate business from their brokers





- Conduct monthly reviews with brokers and aggregators to identify opportunities and maximise sales

- Identify, report and act on compliance requirements for brokers, including compliance with regulatory obligations, credit standards and policy, operating risks (including fraudulent activity) and credit risks

- Adhere to NOW Finance policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Key Attributes & Requirements

- Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

- A strong sales background and a drive for growth is essential - consumer lending experience is a plus but not a requirement

- Confident, self-motivated team player

- High energy, enthusiasm and proven sales ability
