- Support organisational growth through proactive business development activities.

Collaboration & Support

- Work closely with Regional Managers, Field Officers and operational teams.
- Share employer feedback, market insights and industry intelligence.
- Support coordinated approaches to employer engagement and workforce solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business development strategies.

Administration & Compliance

- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
- Complete employer onboarding requirements.
- Ensure business activities are conducted in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Support compliance with WHS and organisational requirements.

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Experience in business development, internal sales, recruitment, labour hire, training or a related field.
- Confidence engaging decision-makers over the phone.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Resilience and persistence when prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- The ability to work effectively within a structured, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
- A genuine interest in supporting workforce development and employment outcomes.

Experience within apprenticeships, traineeships, vocational education, recruitment, labour hire or workforce solutions will be highly regarded.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured through:

- Strong employer engagement activity.
- Growth in Host Employer partnerships.
- New Host Employer Agreements secured.
- Apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities created.
- Effective pipeline management and CRM compliance.
- Contribution to regional and organisational growth objectives.

Why Join ECA? At ECA, every new employer relationship has the potential to create opportunities that can positively influence a person's career and future.
