We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development & Operation Manager to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and support the ongoing success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales (Primary Focus)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and increase revenue.
- Generate current participant referrals through networking and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Hospitals, Allied Health Professionals, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Case Managers, and community organisations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Care 24's presence across Australia.
- Represent Care 24 at networking events, expos, and community meetings.
- Achieve monthly business development and participant acquisition targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements for prospective clients.
Operations & Staff Management
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and retain high-quality support workers.
- Ensure staff comply with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and participant requirements.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and ongoing professional development.
- Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Build a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, quality, and participant outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales, account management, or operations, preferably within the NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, or community services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow client portfolios.
- Existing relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, hospitals, or community organisations will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS, participant funding, and disability support services.
- Proven experience recruiting, training, and managing staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check (where applicable).
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- National Police Check.
- Full Australian working rights.
