House Inspect Australia & Pest Protect Australia Full-Time | Adelaide Newly Created Leadership Position

Champagne Recruitment is partnering with House Inspect Australia and Pest Protect Australia to recruit a newly created Business Excellence Manager, a role designed for someone who wants to step in, take ownership and make a genuine difference.

Based in Hindmarsh, this role will suit a confident, practical, and people-focused leader who enjoys improving how a business operates, supporting a team to perform well and creating better ways of working.

The Prospect

This is your chance to influence business performance, lead a talented team and drive meaningful operational improvements.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and lead the administration and customer service function across a busy, growing business. Your focus will be on improving workflows, strengthening team accountability, lifting service standards, and helping the business continue to scale.

This is a role where your ideas will be heard and your contribution will be visible.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and developing the administration and customer service team
- Creating structure, accountability, and clear expectations
- Improving workflow, scheduling, and internal processes
- Supporting excellent customer service across phone, email, and booking enquiries
- Helping resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
- Monitoring performance, identifying gaps and improving how work is delivered.
- Supporting systems,



procedures, and continuous improvement projects
- Helping shape the team as the business continues to grow.

What You’ll Bring You may come from a background in:

- Office Management
- Operations Management
- Customer Service Leadership
- Administration Management
- Business Support Management
- Service Delivery Management

You will also bring:
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience in real estate, construction, property, building services or a related industry.
- Confidence leading people and improving team performance.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A calm and practical approach to problem-solving
- Experience improving systems, workflows, or processes.
- Exposure to AroFlo and Monday.com would be highly regarded but is not essential.
