We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing mid tier firm in a key leadership position. Located in Adelaide CBD, this position will see you work as part of the management team and be involved in the strategic planning of the firms future. The accounting practice currently have 45 staff members and are expecting significant growth in their client base, which will, in turn, grow office head count over the next two to three years.

One of the most exciting aspects of this role is as the firm grows you will have the prospect to become an Equity Partner, working as a part owner in a dynamic and growing organisation. You will be mentored by an experienced Director as you settle in.

Your duties will include managing large clients, training team members, managing work flow,



reviewing work and helping to foster a happy and healthy team culture.

To be considered for this position you will be a Supervisor or Manager for another accounting practice and be CA or CPA qualified.
