BELAYR Resources is looking for experienced Sandvik DS421-C Cable bolt Operators for an underground hard-rock mining operation in NSW. If you have proven experience on the DS421-C cable bolter and are looking for consistent work, strong hourly rates, and a balanced 2/2 roster, this is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and safety-focused underground team. You'll be responsible for installing ground support and completing cable bolting activities to support underground development and production, working alongside a highly experienced mining crew in a fast-paced underground environment.

✔ $80 – $85 per hour ✔ 2/2 roster rotating days and nights

✔ Superannuation paid on ALL hours worked
Key Responsibilities
• Operate cable bolting equipment in accordance with safety and site standards
- Install ground support systems following geotechnical plans
- Conduct pre-starts, inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Work collaboratively with development, production and geotechnical teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting requirements
- Follow all safety procedures and site protocols
- Contribute to a positive and proactive team culture
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience operating a Sandvik DS421-C Cable bolter (essential)
- Previous experience as a Cable bolt Operator in underground hard-rock mining
- A robust safety focus and the ability to work to strict ground support standards
- The ability to work on a rotating 2/2 days and nights roster
- A current driver’s licence and relevant underground mining competencies
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude
