This is a phone-based sales role where you'll engage with existing and potential supporters, build rapport, and secure ongoing donations for leading charities based in Australia & Recent Zealand.

No experience? No problem. If you've got a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and coaching you need to succeed.

The Job

- Make outbound calls to engage and connect with current and new charity supporters
- Build rapport and confidently present fundraising campaigns
- Use your communication skills to achieve sales targets
- Accurately update customer information and call outcomes
- Contribute to a high-performing, energetic sales team

Who We’re Looking For

- Customer service,



retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is an advantage—but not essential
- Full working rights or WHV accepted
- Availability to work 4-5 days, Monday to Friday
