The Role

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales & Warehouse Manager to run the day-to-day of our showroom — greeting walk-ins, managing sales enquiries, and keeping the warehouse ship-shape. You'll also get to travel to caravan and camping shows across Australia, representing the brand and meeting our customers face-to-face where the excitement really happens.

You don't need a background in the caravan trade — what you do need is a ripper attitude, genuine enthusiasm for helping people,



and the drive to represent a brand that already has a fantastic name in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the showroom floor and delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in and online enquiries

Converting enquiries into sales and building genuine relationships with customers

Overseeing warehouse and stock management to keep the showroom running smoothly

Representing Outback Tourer at caravan and camping shows across Australia

Working alternating Saturdays as part of a rotating roster

What We're Looking For A super positive, can-do attitude — this matters more to us than industry experience

Excellent customer service skills and genuine enjoyment of working with people

Reliable, well-presented, and proud to represent a well-respected brand

Comfortable with warehouse duties as well as front-of-house sales

Ideally based on Brisbane's Northside for an easy commute to our warehouse

Availability to work alternating Saturdays
