As a School Teacher, your main responsibility will be to deliver high-quality education to our students, while cultivating a positive and engaging Christian learning environment.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

- Designing and implementing lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students, ensuring inclusivity in education.
- Employing a variety of teaching techniques and resources to effectively engage students in the learning process.
- Evaluating student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and offering constructive feedback to aid their development.




- Working together with colleagues and parents to build a supportive network for students' academic and personal growth.
- Keeping precise records of student attendance, performance, and other pertinent information in line with school policies.
- Engaging in professional development opportunities to improve teaching abilities and stay abreast with educational best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning in a school setting
- Excellent knowledge of the Australian Curriculum
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and upholding educational standards
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic school environment
