We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to deliver high-standard building works across maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out projects across diverse sites.

About the Carpenter Role:This role involves carrying out a variety of carpentry tasks across construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include the construction, installation, and repair of structures, with a focus on precision, safety, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Ability to self-manage for day-to-day tasks.
- Ability to quote minor work.
- Interpret blueprints and plans to complete carpentry tasks accurately.
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, doors, and cabinetry.
- Measure, cut,



and assemble materials using hand and power tools.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Own tools, a plus.

About You:

- Solid building knowledge across maintenance, refurbishments & fit-outs
- Strong understanding of building methods, materials & WHS compliance
- Confident communicator with clients, contractors & suppliers
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage expectations proactively
- Highly organised with exceptional time-management skills
- Thrive in rapid-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong problem-solver with sound on-the-ground decision-making ability
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture outcomes focus
- Results-driven with strong ownership and accountability
- Resilient, adaptable and calm under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Collaborative team player with a professional approach
