The Role
We're hiring a Cash Administrator to run the client funding cycle at FXT, a regulated multi-asset CFD and FX broker scaling across APAC. You'll sit in the Finance team, accountable for moving client money accurately, quickly and compliantly across multiple currencies, payment providers and markets. This is a high-volume, time-critical role. Deposit & withdrawal speed is one of the clearest signals a broker gives about its financial strength, and settlement accuracy is what keeps the bank, the trading platform and the ledger in agreement. You'll be the person who makes sure all three reconcile.
What you'll own
- Transaction Management: Process high-volume client withdrawals and deposits accurately within strict SLAs.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and e-wallets against internal trading platforms to ensure data integrity.
- Risk & Compliance: Monitor transaction flows for suspicious activities; ensure all funding operations align with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC policies.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Promptly identify and resolve payment failures or bank discrepancies by collaborating with PSPs and internal Support/Compliance teams.
- Process Improvement: Assist in refining internal payment workflows and controls to minimize operational risks.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly cash flow reports and transaction summaries for management review.
How success is measured
- Settlement accuracy: reconciliations completed and balanced within the daily cycle, with a clean audit trail.
- Withdrawal turnaround: percentage of client withdrawals processed within SLA, tracked by market and payment method.
- Reporting reliability: cash and settlement reporting delivered on time, complete and trusted by Finance leadership.
Specific targets are set with your manager during onboarding and reviewed quarterly.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
- 1+ years in payment operations, settlements, treasury or back-office finance. FX, CFD, fintech, payments or online gaming experience strongly preferred.
- A practical grasp of AML and KYC obligations, including why the controls exist rather than only how to complete them.
- Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and confident handling of large reconciliation data sets.
- Real attention to detail, with the discipline to check twice and the judgement to know which item is the one that matters.
- Composure under pressure. Peak market hours are noisy and the funding queue still needs to clear.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to challenge an incomplete request or an unverified instruction.
- Willingness to work shifts, extended hours or public holidays where market coverage requires it.
- Unquestionable personal integrity. This role handles client money every day.
Strong nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with the payment rails used across APAC: local bank transfer, e-wallets and card acquiring.
- Exposure to a brokerage back office or trading platform workplace, proprietary or third-party.
- SQL, Power BI or similar, used to automate reconciliation and reporting.
- Fluency in Mandarin is plus.
Why this role
- Real scale, real growth. We are live across 78 markets with more to come. Volume, currencies and payment rails are all expanding, and so is the scope of this role.
- Visible work. Cash position and settlement reporting go straight to Finance leadership. Your impact is real and visible.
- Career runway. Settlement and funding is the entry point into treasury, payments, risk and compliance.
- A team that moves. Small, capable and close to the decisions. No legacy drag, no slow approvals.
