We are seeking a senior retail assistant manager to work in our Narellan store. You’ll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail store and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Working closely with the store manager and other senior staff, your trusted role will be as a key member of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike. Your role will include:

- key holder - opening and closing procedures
- team building and management
- inventory management




- integrated involvement with head office
- administration and banking
- exceptional customer service
- register operations
- creative merchandising + store upkeep
- stock handling
- fulfilment of weekly training courses
- learning about toys, games & hobbies

What makes you an ideal candidate?

- Minimum 5 day availability required (Ideally Sunday to Thursday)
- Flexibility with working hours on occasion
- Previous retail experience (+5 Years)
- A strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude!
- Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment
