Founded in 1998 in the heart of Sydney, Australia, MindChamps International Preschool & Early Learning (“MindChamps”) is a pioneering global early childhood education organisation with 86 centres operating across Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate Early Childhood Professionals to join our Casual Talent Pool supporting our MindChamps centres across West Hoxton & Kemps Creek area.

Your role as a Casual Early Childhood Professional
As part of the MindChamps team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality education and care.
Your responsibilities may include
- Supporting the delivery of engaging learning experiences that reflect each child’s individual interests, abilities and developmental needs.
- Creating safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments that encourage curiosity, confidence and creativity.
- Building positive relationships with children, families and educators.
- Supporting daily routines, learning programs and intentional teaching practices aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Collaborating with room teams and leadership to provide consistent, high-quality care and education.
- Supporting children’s safety, wellbeing and inclusion through responsive and respectful practice.
- Following the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
- Contributing to a positive culture of teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
We are seeking passionate and reliable early childhood professionals who share our commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
You will have
- A Certificate III, Diploma, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA recognised equivalent qualification (depending on the role).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Geecko Training Certificate
- Undergo a Police Check
- Knowledge of quality early childhood practice and the National Quality Framework.
- A genuine ability to foster respectful, trusting and collaborative relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different rooms and environments.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- A commitment to ongoing professional growth.
