Casual Education and Public Programs Assistant Casual assistant supporting public programs and education at the Orange Regional Gallery and Museum. Works for $35.57–$38.77 per hour. Must hold a current Working With Children Check and a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card. This role closes on 26 July 2026.

Responsibilities - Provide friendly support and advice to participants, teachers, and carers during public programs.

- Help prepare and pack up events and educational activities.
- Assist with supervision and ensure the safety of all participants.
- Participate in post-workshop evaluation.
- Offer additional support to Public Engagement and Education Officers as required.
- Assist with related duties such as after-hours functions, including serving food and alcohol.





Requirements - Demonstrated interest in provision of children’s workshops and educational activities.

- Ability to build respectful relationships with children and manage groups of all ages.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
