About the role
· Wash dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
· Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas
· Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
· Help receive and store deliveries
· Support waste removal, cleaning and closing procedures
· Keep pace during busy service while maintaining safety standards
What you will bring

· Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
· Previous experience is helpful, but not essential
