BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park is looking for positive, reliable, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our team in the following casual positions, starting in September:

· Housekeepers (Casual)We are a busy, family-friendly holiday park welcoming guests from near and far throughout the year. Our team works together to create a relaxed, welcoming and memorable experience for everyone who stays with us.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Reception & Guest Services

We are looking for a friendly and approachable person who enjoys helping people and being part of a busy, varied workplace.

No two days at the park are quite the same. You may be welcoming excited families, helping guests plan their Albany adventures, preparing the mini-shop or assisting behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

The role will include:

· Welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs

· Taking bookings and responding to telephone, email and in-person enquiries

· Processing payments and updating guest reservations

· Providing information about the park and the Albany region

· Completing general reception and administrative duties

· Stocking and maintaining our mini-shop

· Assisting with laundry duties during the day

· Completing light evening cleaning of the reception and office areas

· Helping the wider park team when required

· Previous experience in reception, tourism, accommodation or customer service would be an advantage, although training will be provided to the right person.

WE ARE ALSO ON THE LOOKOUT FOR:

Housekeepers

Our housekeeping team plays an important role in making sure our guests walk into clean, comfortable and beautifully presented accommodation.

We are looking for dependable and hardworking people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team in a casual role.

The role will include:

· Cleaning cabins, apartments and other guest accommodation

· Making beds and replacing linen

· Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas

· Restocking guest supplies and amenities

· Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items

· Preparing accommodation to a high standard before guest arrivals

· Assisting with laundry and other cleaning duties when required





· Previous commercial cleaning or accommodation housekeeping experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. Training will be provided.

· Is reliable, punctual and efficient

· Enjoys working independently and as part of a team

· Is physically comfortable completing active cleaning duties

· Has a positive attitude and willingness to help

· Can work according to guest departures and park occupancy

· Is available across weekends, public holidays, long weekends and school holiday periods

As we operate 365 days a year, applicants for both positions must be available to work a flexible roster that includes some weekends, public holidays, long weekends and school holiday periods. These are some of our busiest and most enjoyable times at the park, so reliable availability during these periods is essential.
