Qualifications & Experience To excel in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in a premium dining environment as a Section Waiter, Runner, or Host
- A proven ability to deliver impeccable service, with attention to detail and a consistent sequence of service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a refined sense of presentation
- A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
