About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join our dedicated catering team. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure our patients and residents receive meals and services of the highest standard. You will contribute to a positive and safe environment, working closely with the broader hospital and aged care teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and serve meals to patients and residents in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare food items, including cutting vegetables, fruits, sandwiches, and other platters
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen and dining environment
- Support ad hoc requests from supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, patient-focused team culture

About You

- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Previous hospitality experience in a healthcare setting is desirable
