About the role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and success of the service. You will lead and mentor a team of educators, maintain strong relationships with families, and ensure the delivery of exceptional educational and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

· Lead the day-to-day operations of the Early Learning Centre

· Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture

· Mentor, coach and develop educators and emerging leaders

· Build strong partnerships with children, families and the local community

· Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation

· Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes across the service

· Manage enrolments, staffing, budgets and operational performance

· Champion child safety and wellbeing in all aspects of service delivery

About you





You are an experienced early childhood leader who is passionate about creating exceptional learning environments and supporting educator growth.

You will bring

· Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma or Bachelor)

· Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

· Demonstrated experience in a Centre Director, Assistant Director or comparable leadership role

· Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards

· Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Strong organisational, compliance and operational management capabilities

· A genuine passion for providing high-quality outcomes for children and families
