About the role:
Are you an experienced retail property professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a well-established asset and be part of a supportive, high-performing team?
We are partnering with a respected property group to appoint a Centre Manager for a busy retail asset within the Brisbane market.
This role offers the opportunity to oversee day-to-day centre performance while building strong retailer relationships, driving operational outcomes, and contributing to the long-term success of the asset.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a retail asset
- Building and maintaining solid retailer and stakeholder relationships
- Preparing and managing operating budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring centre performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Working collaboratively with leasing, marketing and operational teams
- Overseeing contractors, maintenance programs and compliance requirements
- Contributing to asset initiatives that enhance performance and customer experience
About You To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in retail property, commercial property or shopping centre management
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
