About the Role
As a Certificate III Educator, you will work alongside an experienced and supportive team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that are guided by children's interests and strengths. You'll be encouraged to share ideas, contribute to the planning cycle and be an active part of our preschool community.

Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current NSW Working With Children Check and Police Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
- Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations relevant to the role.
- Knowledge of child protection legislation, mandatory reporting responsibilities and child-safe practices, including recognising and responding to concerns about the safety, wellbeing and rights of children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.
- Completed GEKKO training a must
