Skills and Experiences:

What You'll Do

- Take ownership of the daily kitchen operations at Lake Cathie Manor

- Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents while maintaining high standards

- Lead and support the kitchen team to deliver consistent service





- Manage texture modified meals and dietary requirements with care and attention

- Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance across the kitchen

- Work closely with the site team to create a positive dining experience for residents

About You

- Trade qualified Chef with experience leading a commercial kitchen

- Confident managing a kitchen team and daily operations

- Experience with bulk cooking and large-scale meal preparation

- Understanding of texture modified foods and dietary requirements

- Strong focus on food quality, presentation and consistency

- Food Safety Supervisor certification

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
