Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 package inclusive of super (Full-Time) $38-$53 casual

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef or Cook to join our busy fish & chip takeaway

This role is suited to someone who can confidently manage day-to-day kitchen operations, work well under pressure, and maintain high food quality and customer service standards during busy trading periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food to high standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Monitor stock and assist with ordering
- Ensure fast and efficient service during busy periods
- Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements




- Previous experience in a busy kitchen or takeaway
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Quality and customer focused
- Able to handle fast-paced weekend service
- Good communication and time management skills
