Position: Full-Time Chef

About Us

Too Good Cafe is a busy and well-established café in Campbelltown, known for serving high-quality breakfast, brunch, lunch, specialty coffee, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team and help maintain our high food standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and present café-style breakfast, brunch, lunch, and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure all meals are prepared to a consistently high standard and served promptly.
- Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage food preparation, storage, stock rotation, and minimise food wastage.
- Order kitchen supplies and assist with stock control and inventory management.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff where required.
- Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Food Safety standards.




- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.

Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Chef.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast, brunch, café, and modern Australian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Working Hours
- Full-time position (minimum 38 hours per week).
- Includes weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster.

Salary Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, plus superannuation in accordance with Australian employment legislation.

Pay: $57,210.00 – $86,223.55 per year
