Located in the heart of Traralgon, just two hours from Melbourne, Mantra Traralgon offers modern accommodation for business and leisure travellers. The Butter Factory is our vibrant on-site restaurant, bar and entertainment venue, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, while also catering for conferences, functions and special events.

About the Roles

We are currently recruiting for a number of kitchen positions, including:

- Chef de Partie
- Commis Chef
- Part-Time Chefs
- Casual Chefs

These roles offer a variety of roster options and the opportunity to work across à la carte dining, conferencing, events and functions in a busy, fast-paced kitchen. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality food while maintaining excellent food safety and presentation standards.

About You





We're looking for passionate hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in producing quality food. The ideal candidates will demonstrate:

- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- Relevant trade qualifications (preferred for qualified chef positions).
- A passion for producing consistently high-quality food.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
