About the Opportunity:

Reporting to an experienced Portfolio Manager, the Chief Executive Officer will have full accountability for the strategy, performance and long-term growth of the business. This is a genuine CEO role with end-to-end responsibility across commercial performance, operations, product, technology, people and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will build on an already successful platform by strengthening organisational capability, enhancing operational excellence and accelerating sustainable growth.

This role offers genuine autonomy and will suit a leader who enjoys ownership, accountability and building enduring businesses within a decentralised operating model. Who we are looking for:

You are an experienced CEO or General Manager with a proven track record leading technology-enabled businesses with full commercial accountability. Your background will span sectors such as vertical SaaS, enterprise software, industrial technology, telematics, IoT or engineering-led businesses where software is the core value proposition, often complemented by hardware, integration or operational delivery. You will combine robust commercial acumen with operational discipline, bringing experience scaling recurring revenue businesses, building high-performing leadership teams and creating accountable, performance-driven cultures.

Commercially astute and data-led in your decision making, you are equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.

Experience operating within private equity decentralised ownership models or acquisitive businesses will be favourable.
