Our Client For more than 30 years, Enable WA has supported people living with disability, psychosocial needs, ageing-related needs and health challenges to live a life of their choice. Today, the organisation supports more than 900 participants across Perth, Peel and the South West through a broad range of disability, allied health and supported living services, delivered by a workforce of more than 700 employees.

Reporting directly to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer will lead Enable WA through its next phase of growth and sustainability, building on strong governance foundations, an engaged workforce, quality service delivery systems and a clear strategic vision for the future.

This role is based in Bunbury, Western Australia's vibrant South West regional centre. The Board is seeking a leader who will be visible and actively engaged across the organisation and the broader community, embracing the opportunity to live and work in one of Western Australia's most desirable regional locations.

The Opportunity

As Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a substantial and geographically dispersed organisation. You will work closely with the Board to deliver Enable WA's strategic priorities while ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable, innovative and responsive to the evolving disability services landscape.

A key focus of the role will be leading the organisation through ongoing NDIS reform, strengthening long-term sustainability, driving strategic growth opportunities and maintaining Enable WA's reputation for high-quality, person-centred services.

You will also serve as Enable WA's principal representative across government, the disability sector, community stakeholders and strategic partners.

About You

You are an accomplished executive leader who brings the strategic capability,



commercial acumen and leadership maturity required to guide a complex, purpose-driven organisation through its next stage of growth. Whether your experience has been gained in disability services, health, aged care, community services or a comparable sector, you understand how to balance mission, people and performance while delivering sustainable organisational outcomes.

You are a collaborative and authentic leader who builds trust, develops capability and brings people together around a shared vision. Comfortable working with Boards, government agencies, funders and community stakeholders, you possess the judgement and adaptability required to lead through change while maintaining a robust focus on culture, service quality and organisational sustainability.
