About Us For over 25 years, Bergamo Chiropractic & Nutrition Centre has been Boronia's go-to for compassionate, high-quality, multi-disciplinary allied healthcare. We're busy, we're welcoming, and we genuinely like each other = excellent culture.

We're on the hunt for a Chiropractic Assistant who can juggle a ringing phone, a walk-in patient, and an Facebook caption - all before their coffee gets cold.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Answering calls with the calm confidence of someone who's definitely not panicking internally
- Keeping the front desk flowing smoothly, even when three things happen at once
- Managing bookings, payments, and billing across multiple practitioners without breaking a sweat
- Helping us look good online - content, engagement, and promotions across social media
- Transcribing meetings and marketing notes (Google Docs, your new best friend)
- Getting handy with Canva (experience here, is preferred)
- Keeping the practice clean, organised,



and running like a well-oiled - but very friendly - machine
- Genuinely enjoying the people you work with and for

What You'll Need

- Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in a similar healthcare/admin role
- A genuine interest in (or background in) social media/marketing
- The ability to multitask without getting cranky - or your smile
- Excellent people skills and computer literacy (Apple products)
- A team-player attitude and a soft spot for helping patients and practitioners alike

When We Need You

- Monday 4:00 to 7pm or Tuesday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
- Possibly: Saturday mornings, 8:00am – 11:00am
