Position Details

- Role: Civil Field Worker (Roller Operator)
- Council: Sunshine Coast Regional Council
- Location: Caloundra
- Pay Rate: $43.51 per hour + super
- Engagement Type: Casual
- Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

About the Role You'll be working as part of Council's civil maintenance team, with a primary focus on operating a roller across a variety of road and pavement projects. You'll also assist with general civil construction and maintenance activities,



helping to deliver safe and high-quality road maintenance outcomes.

Requirements

- MR Licence (essential)
- Roller ticket and demonstrated roller operating experience
- Working in Proximity to Traffic – Part 1 & Part 2
- RIICRC319E – Saw and Cut Concrete Pavements to Initiate Planned Cracks
- Manual Handling training (highly regarded)
- White Card
